IN HEAD - STUDIO - YAMAHA AN1x

The
AN1x came, after the Nordlead prepared the marked
for the virtual analogue synthesis, exactly right.
It was by far cheaper and offered with arpeggiator,
stepsequencer and the so called "free Envelope
Generator" some features, which the red Clavia
lacked of. The access to the sound was more complicated
though due to the design with onlya few knobs and
the basic sound was different.

| The AN1x
really can do everything - mighty basses, wild analogue
sounding sequences, sparkling arpeggios, cutting leads
and distorted, sensitive or just highly complex effect
sounds. Also it has quite good effects on board, some
of them are easy to use, like the tempo delay. Really
studio-suiteable is the AN1x because of the free edit
software "AN1x-Edit", which makes it a pleasure
to programm own new sounds. A peculiarity of the AN1x
- only a double multimode. |
